The System
Our business is providing the technology and services for c-store
retailers to operate a consumer loyalty program without significant
investments in information technology.
The In-Touch System is manufactured, sold, and operated by us in
cooperation with our clients. It is controlled by RFID
technology which is simply the Keytag. It contains a radio
frequency chip which is read by our TouchPoints and Reward
Printer units. Using their keytag, consumers collect
points for their purchases of fuel and c-store items.
Points accumulate, and rewards are given for reaching point
goals.
The other half of the system benefits the retailer. The
In-Touch System operates on a highly customized platform for
each client. They design their program, their point
values, their promotions, and their rewards. From their
custom reports, clients are able to target sales and effectively
change their performance using the promotional abilities of our
system such as rewards and audio advertisements.
In addition, the In-Touch System can also deter drive-offs in a
post-pay environment for programs that require certain consumer
data. Another attractive element of the system is the
ability to award extra incentives for preferred method of
payment, such as cash, or proprietary oil credit cards - which
results in lower card fee costs for our clients.
